Ordering & Products

What vehicles do you make parts for?
We specialize in heavy-duty off-road and overland parts for the Porsche Cayenne (955, 957, 958, 9Y0), Volkswagen Touareg (Gen 1 & Gen 2), Lexus GX550 (2024+), and the Ineos Grenadier. Each part is engineered for a specific platform — we don't sell generic universal-fit parts.

How do I know a part will fit my vehicle?
Every product page lists the exact vehicle, generation, and model years it fits (for example, “Fits Porsche Cayenne 955 (2002–2007)”). Before ordering, check that your vehicle's generation and year match the fitment listed. If you're unsure which generation you have, email us at info@overlandtrek.com with your VIN or model year and we'll confirm the correct part for you before you buy.

What if I order the wrong part for my vehicle?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@overlandtrek.com. If the order hasn't entered production or shipping yet, we can switch it to the correct part. Once an item has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Are your bumpers and lift kits compatible with factory sensors and air suspension?
Many of our products are designed around factory parking sensors, cameras, and air suspension systems — but this varies by model. The product description notes compatibility where relevant. If your vehicle has factory air suspension, adaptive cruise, or front cameras, email us first and we'll confirm compatibility for your specific configuration.

Do your parts come with installation hardware and instructions?
Yes. Our kits ship with the mounting hardware required for installation. Installation guidance is provided with the product. For complex installs such as lift kits and bumpers, we recommend professional fitment.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?
Our products are manufactured at our production facility and shipped directly to you. Our US-based team handles support, order processing, and after-sales service.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are delivered within 25–30 days from the date your order is placed. This includes production and transit, since many of our parts are built to order. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to delivery. If you need an item by a specific date, email us at info@overlandtrek.com before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on your country and local regulations, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have questions about duties for your country, email us before ordering and we'll help you understand what to expect.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your shipment to delivery. If you haven't received tracking within the expected window, contact us at info@overlandtrek.com.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping options and times are shown at checkout based on your destination.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Inspect your shipment on arrival. If there is any shipping damage, take photos of the packaging and the product and email them to info@overlandtrek.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement or repair.

Returns, Warranty & Installation

What is your return policy?
Please review our full Refund Policy for complete details on return windows, conditions, and how to start a return. Items must generally be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to qualify. Built-to-order and custom items may have different terms — contact us if you're unsure.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Our parts are built for durability and are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidents, abuse, or normal wear. To make a warranty claim, email info@overlandtrek.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Will installing a lift kit or bumper void my vehicle's factory warranty?
Installing aftermarket parts does not automatically void your vehicle's manufacturer warranty. However, if a manufacturer can show that a specific failure was directly caused by an aftermarket part, they may decline that particular claim. We recommend professional installation and keeping your documentation. Check your owner's manual and local regulations before modifying your vehicle.

Can I install these parts myself?
Some customers install our parts themselves with good results, especially bumpers and bolt-on protection. However, lift kits and suspension components affect vehicle handling and safety. For these, we strongly recommend installation by a qualified mechanic or off-road shop.

Do lift kits affect ride quality or handling?
A lift raises your vehicle's center of gravity and can change handling, especially at speed and in corners. Our kits are engineered to maintain comfort and correct suspension geometry where possible, but you should always drive cautiously while getting used to the new setup, and follow all local laws regarding lift height.
